What are the rental fees?

$80 an hour (up to 8 hours)

$600 for an overnight (up to 12 hours)

What do I have access to with my rental?

 

You will have access to the entire space including the very large dungeon basement, two bathrooms (one of which includes a full shower), kitchen, hot tub, lavish domestic area, and a location dedicated to spiritual and tantric practices. The private bedroom is only available for rentals of 6 or more hours.

For an additional fee, there can be an experienced and very skilled Domme (Miss Mackenzee) available as well as an experienced female submissive/switch (Miss Parker Leigh) to help elevate your time at Elysium. For any questions regarding rates, please email us.

 

What are your cleaning procedures?

 

At Elysium, we take your safety very seriously. Our standard dungeon cleaning practices have always included cleaning products and techniques commonly used at medical facilities. You can rest assured that the space has been cleaned thoroughly prior to your arrival.

Do you offer tours of your space?

​

Unfortunately no.  Allotting time for tours takes away availability for bookings.  We will be adding a full video tour of the space shortly.

What kind of safety equipment is available?

​

First Aid Kits are in each bathroom under the sink. Fire extinguishers are located under the kitchen sink and the supply closet in the dungeon basement. There are also smoke and carbon monoxide detectors throughout the location.

The most amazing thing about Elysium is that it is centrally located to several major cities:

30-45 minutes from Philadelphia

30 minutes from Southern New Jersey

1 hour from Baltimore

2 hours from Washington, D.C./Virginia

2 hours from NYC

 

We are about 10 minutes from the University of Delaware (Newark Campus) and right off a major highway.

Can I pay you to clean?

 

If you do not wish to clean, a cleaning fee of $75 will be applied to your total. Respectful treatment of the space is expected at all times.

 

How do I get started with my rental request?

 

Fill out the RENTAL FORM and wait for approval.

Once approved, specific instructions will be given on how to confirm the reservation.

 

 

How do I confirm my reservation?

 

Confirmation requirements include signing an online agreement. Once that is signed, you will be given access to the Google calendar to book yourself. All appointments must be confirmed 48 hours prior to appointment time.

Is a deposit required?

 

Due to high demand and declining other requests, a deposit is required. When a booking is accepted, half the total fee will be due.  

 

How do I pay?

 

A list of payment options will be included in your invoice.

 

 

What is your cancellation policy?

 

As a courtesy due to the unpredictable public health situation we have changed our cancellation policy from 48 hours to 24 hours. If you cancel with more than 24 hours before your rental you will not have to pay the remaining balance and your deposit can be transferred to a future stay up to 60 days. If you cancel within 24 hours, you will be required to pay the remaining balance. This can also be transferred to a future stay up to 60 days.

Will I have the space to myself?

​

Someone will let you in and give you a tour as well as show you where all the equipment and supplies are. Your rental will be private and you will be left alone but management will be on site and out of the way in case of an emergency or any issues due to the dangerous equipment and activities conducted at a professional dungeon.
